We are writing to you to announce that our STEM Adviser, Gerry Heather, has been working for the last eighteen months on the Bloodhound 1000mph car project that was launched in October at the Science Museum in London. This project has the full backing of the Science Minister Lord Drayson.
Gerry is offering to come into your school to give a talk to your students as part of the Bloodhound Education programme and the EBP’s commitment to STEM. Gerry will talk for approximately 30 minutes about the project and will be happy to present to large numbers of students if given a suitable space and projector screen.
This is a free presentation and will enhance your students thinking about Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathmatics and how closely they are linked to this project. To book this presentation contact Denise Watts, with a list of dates and times, this presentation will be very much in demand and we will aim to give you your first choice wherever possible.
